Free indoor The Hamilton County Historic Courthouse

Nov 25th, Free indoor showing of 1946 It’s A Wonderful Life starring James Stewart & Donna Reed, in The Hamilton County Historic Courthouse at 8 pm, presented by Logan Street Signs & Banners , Wafford Theater and Noblesville Preservation Alliance. The movie will follow The Lighting of The Square at 7:45. Both events are part of the annual Lighting Ceremony sponsored by the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce. This event, held at the Hamilton County Judicial Center, 1 Hamilton County Square, includes special holiday music, a reading of “The Night Before Christmas” by Mayor John Ditslear.

Hamilton County Early Voting Hours and Locations for the November 8, 2016 General Election.
(Click to download Location) The Hamilton County Election Board voted unanimously on August 25, 2016, for the first time, to hold Early Voting at satellite locations in Carmel and Fishers, in addition to the required hours at the Hamilton County Government and Judicial Center.  The Election Board is very grateful to the assistance we have received from the Carmel Clay Library and Fishers City Hall.  Their willingness to provide a location for early voting will be appreciated by the voters in their community.
 
The Presidential General Election traditionally has a greater voter turnout. In 2012, the last Presidential Election, Hamilton County had a 68% voter turnout.  As of today Hamilton County has over 202,000 registered voters who will either be casting their vote on November 8th or will choose to vote early due to convenience or necessity.
